Who are we?
When Citrix (Cloud Software Group) ended their public Services (aka Consulting) in 2023, the idea was to have Citrix Partners take over.
Unfortunately, this hasn't worked well for everyone, and our founder (D.J. Eshelman) is still getting calls asking if he can help.
Well - YES - we can help!
In fact, we're confident that you will even say that our ability to be more flexible than Citrix is something you will love!
We are B.o.T. Consulting - not affiliated with Citrix but we've always been a big fan. We've tried the other technologies... but...

Whether you have Citrix today or not, our first goal is to work with you to figure out the right plan of action. We define what success looks like and then work with you to identify the strengths and areas for development to make that happen.
If you need a Written Design (Plan) - this is what we're known for! As in D.J.'s book Just Do THIS, the goal is to be concise, not overly verbose. Honed from years of working with Citrix Consulting Services, our Plan Documents are universally recognized and built to be handed off to your team or a referral (see below) with confidence.
Citrix Risk and Health Assessments
"Something isn't right" - We know all too well this statement. Gaetting from unknown to clarity takes expertise. D.J. has not only performed literally hundreds of Health Check Assessments - cataloging over 300 of them was the basis of "Be a Citrix Hero."

Do You Sell Citrix Licenses?
No, we are not an authorized reseller nor do we wish to be. Maintaining licenses is a staff-intensive process that we believe it is better left to our trusted partners. Our goal is to remain true consultants to make sure we are focused on getting you what you need. If that need is licenses - we have relationships with several resellers and service partners that we trust and will gladly refer you to.
